Can I request experiences that I can’t find online?

You sure can. Let us know what you'd like to see and what you are interested in and we can secure any type of experience you like and come back to you with further details.

Can I purchase a gift card for someone?

Absolutely, we have a range of gift card amounts available and if you want to make it extra special, you can purchase a physical gift card that we will send out in the mail to you. Simple, easy and the perfect gift.

Can I purchase an experience as a gift?

You sure can. Let us know in the check-out notes, and we'll make it extra special!

Can I receive a refund?

If you don't want to take on the experience or have changed your mind, simply let us know within 14 days and we'll provide a full refund. We can also help you select a new experience or look to secure a new one just for you!
