John Boultbee AM is a lawyer and leading Australian sport administrator particularly in relation to rowing and football. In 1990, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to rowing as an administrator. Between 1989 and 1995, he was Secretary General of the International Rowing Federation and since the has been a board member of the International Rowing Federation and Rowing Australia.

From 1995 - 2001 John was the director of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) he supervised the Olympic Athlete Program, which was largely responsible for Australia winning 58 medals and finishing 4th on the medal tally at the Sydney Olympics, and then continued this success through to the Athens Olympics.

In 2004, he was appointed by Football Federation Australia to establish a high performance unit. He was responsible for overseeing the national teams including the Socceroos, Olyroos and Matildas up until 2013. During this period, the Socceroos qualified for World Cups in Germany, South Africa and Brazil.

In November 2014, he was appointed Volleyball Australia's Director of High Performance which is responsible Australia's Volleyroos and Beach Volleyroos programs.

He has also recently consulted for the Australian Rugby Union, Cricket Australia and the NRL, and is an arbitrator with the International Court of Arbitration for Sport.

John has been to 11 Olympic games over his career in sport.

Experience cannot be resold. Unless approved and agreed in writing by FAN+.

Travel and accommodation are not included, unless specified in the experience description.

This experience can be utilised for any other capital city in Australia, but all travel costs (flights, accommodation, meals, transport) are to be paid by the purchaser of this experience in addition to the experience fee.

An identification check may be required prior to or on the day of the experience. Please ensure you are able to provide valid photo identification.

The experience is to take place on the dates specified in the package inclusions only, if no date is specified the experience is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance and the experience supplier cannot fulfil the experience a full credit will be offered back to the purchaser, if a refund is requested, this will be at the discretion of FAN+.

Any participant under the age of 16 years (17 years for South Australia) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

FAN+ expects all purchasers and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending the experience. If the experience holder believes that you and/or your guests are not conducting yourselves appropriately, the experience holder is entitled to end the experience.
